A large crowd of friends and family gathered recently for a ribbon cutting and celebration at Auburn’s premiere new development, Graymoor at The Preserve. Agents and staff from Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices welcomed members of the Auburn Chamber, the local real estate community and other business and civic leaders as Mayor Ron Anders did the honors. After the ceremony, guests were treated to a delicious summertime luncheon and some awesome door prizes were given away. Check out the photo gallery below! North Auburn's premiere new home neighborhood will host a ribbon cutting and open house on Tuesday, June 11, beginning at 10:30am. A fabulous lunch will be served and over $800 in door prizes will be given away!  Agents and staff from Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Preferred Real Estate will be joined by local dignitaries, Chamber staff and the East Alabama real estate community to officially recognize the new neighborhood. Builder principals involved with the Graymoor project will be on hand to answer questions and discuss features of the homes. Over $800 in Door Prizes to be Given Away!In addition to a delicious lunch spread there will be an opportunity to take home one of several valuable door prizes, including an iRobot Roomba 614 Robot Vacuum, Amazon Alexa Echo Plus (2nd Gen), Ring Video Doorbell 2, AOMAIS GO Bluetooth Waterproof Portable Indoor/Outdoor Speaker or one of two $75 gift cards to a local restaurant. 
 Graymoor is located at the end of Preserve Drive. Turn off of Farmville Road onto Conservation Drive the right at the stop sign onto Preserve Drive. Just Follow the signs! Guests are encouraged to arrive in time to park and join everyone for the photograph of the ribbon cutting, which will take place at 10:30am.
